People, Operations & Office Manager
About the Role
This role sits at the core of the company’s people, operations, and culture, with light responsibility across HR and office management.
You will play a key role in shaping how the company supports its employees, runs its internal processes, and maintains a strong and consistent culture as it grows. The position combines people-focused responsibilities (such as performance reviews, employee support, and internal communication) with operational and administrative ownership (including contracts, documentation, and coordination with external partners), as well as light oversight of day-to-day office and organizational needs.
You will work closely with leadership as a trusted operational partner, while also acting as a reliable and approachable point of contact for employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to a growing organization, while also helping create a positive, professional, and well-organized working environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR & People Processes
- Manage performance reviews and feedback cycles
- Support employee career development
- Ensure a fair and consistent employee experience
- Help improve HR processes as the company grows
2. Employee Support & Communication
- Act as a point of contact for employees
- Share team feedback with management
- Improve communication, transparency, and trust
3. Culture & Employee Experience
- Help build and maintain company culture
- Turn company values into daily practices
- Monitor team sentiment and address issues early
- Support a positive, professional work environment
4. Administration & Legal
- Manage employee documentation and contracts
- Coordinate with external partners (legal/admin)
- Keep records organized and up to date
5. Operations Support
- Improve internal processes and workflows
- Support leadership with coordination tasks
- Help structure the company as it grows
6. Office & Administrative Support (Light)
- Oversee basic office needs and coordination
- Ensure a smooth and well-organized day-to-day working environment
- Support logistics for internal activities when needed
