The Opportunity

We’re seeking a skilled and driven Growth & Commercial Strategy Lead to join our cybersecurity team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead our go-to-market strategy, manage key client relationships, and guide a team of sales and marketing professionals in one of the most critical areas of cyber defense.

As a senior member of the commercial team, you’ll shape and execute our business development and marketing strategy, own the full sales cycle, and position our advanced offensive security services in global markets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Growth Strategy
    • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities for our core cybersecurity services, including IT & OT Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, and other services in our offering.
    • Own and manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and new business.
    • Design and execute targeted campaigns and outreach strategies in collaboration with the technical and marketing teams.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
    • Lead all cybersecurity marketing activities, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and demand generation focused on offensive security services.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling content, case studies, and service collateral that clearly articulate our expertise and differentiation in pentesting and red teaming.
    • Analyze and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI and lead quality.
  • Account Management
    • Serve as a strategic advisor and account manager to key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    • Understand client security needs and challenges, positioning relevant solutions and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Work closely with delivery teams to align client expectations with project execution and service delivery.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and development plans to support individual and team growth.
    • Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Report on team performance, sales metrics, and campaign outcomes to the Leadership Team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, ideally in a cybersecurity consultancy or offensive security environment.
  • Strong understanding of penetration testing, red teaming, and adversary emulation, with the ability to translate technical offerings into client-focused value propositions.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns with a focus on cybersecurity services.
  • Demonstrated success in account management and client relationship development.
  • Skilled in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
